TUPE Capacity Build​​ing Project (CBP)

The California Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Capacity Building Project (CBP) aims to build the capacity of local T​UPE-funded programs by utilizing a collaborative approach to highlight model programs, best practices, share resources, and support data-driven continuous improvement.

The California Department of Education (CDE) has selected the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) as the lead agency to coordinate project efforts.​
